  3. Olahraga secara teratur 
  4. Hindari kegemukan 
  5. Tidak merokok 
  6. Kendalikan stres 
  7. Kendalikan diabetes dan penyakit jantung (bila ada) 
  8. Hindari alkohol 
  9. Batasi asupan garam  
  10. Hindari obat-obat golongan amfetamin, kokain, dan sejenisny
